How to Buy From China With CNCartGo

Follow the complete workflow: choose a service, submit a product, review costs, pay, inspect warehouse QC, consolidate parcels and ship worldwide.

Choose the right service

• Shop Direct: choose a listed product and use checkout.

1. Choose a service

Start from the CNCartGo homepage and select Shop Direct, Shopping Agent or Freight Forwarding.

2. Find the item

Open the Shop or search by keyword. Review the title, variant, quantity, destination and displayed cost before checkout.

3. Submit a Shopping Agent order

Open Buy, paste the product URL and specify size, color, model, quantity and destination. Ask support to review branded, fragile, battery, liquid or pre-order goods.

4. Review price and fees

Check the product total, service fee, seller-to-warehouse delivery and the later international-shipping stage. Read the Service Fee page and use the Shipping Calculator for planning.

5. Pay the purchase stage

Confirm the order total and currency, then use a payment method offered for your account. Keep the receipt and order number. Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers to support.
